Moved from Arvixe to GoDaddy

A couple of weeks ago I got an email from Arvixe. I was told that my web site was using too much of the CPU resources and they had stop my web site. I had a few other web sites hosted on GoDaddy shared server and I had never got this problem with GoDaddy. And after some investigation, I am pretty sure that my web sites on Arvixe should not take more resources than the web sites hosted on GoDaddy. I decided to migrate the host of this web site from Arvixe to GoDaddy. It took me quite a few days to make this happen because of the configuration differences between GoDaddy and Arvixe. On GoDaddy, the pages seem faster than they were on Arvixe. The main limitation of GoDaddy is that each of the MySQL database is limited to 1GB, while there is no limitation regarding to how big a MySQL database can be on Arvixe. However, this can be pretty tricky when MySQL database becomes too big.

Javascript Hosted on Google Drive Not Working Reliably

Here is the story. I have been using Google Drive to host the javascript files and stylesheet files all the time. It works perfectly, until a few days ago when I noticed that if the web page contains javascript files hosted at Google Drive, it can not be viewed properly from the Facebook built in web browser.  I did some further investigation. The same thing happened when the page is opened in Wechat built in browser.  However, the page works fine when it is opened in most browsers, like IE, Chrome, Firefox. But the solution is: moving the files out of Google Drive. Now it works perfectly, in browser and in App built in web browsers as well.

Google has an document about  How to Building Smartphone-Optimized Websites . In this document, responsive web design is the first suggestion. I have been looking for a easy to implement responsive css framework that can change my websites layout so that they can fit to smart phone device for quite a little while.
